In person
Breathwork with Bella 12/10
150 SEK/ session
About this session
For those ready to explore how breath and a regulated nervous system can help you connect with your inner safety that is waiting to be rediscovered.
Through circular breathing and pauses in interaction with music, you create the space to finally meet the person you already are. Everything you need is within you and is waiting to step forward.
Breath is the key to your nervous system. Using breath to regulate the nervous system is a fundamental pathway to presence and recovery. And from that place, you create space to live more authentically.
No prior knowledge is required.
Things to consider before the class:
- Please arrive a few minutes before the class starts to settle into the room. (The door opens at 18:15)
- Bring a blanket if you want
- Bring paper and a pen, if you need to take notes after the session
- Wear soft clothes that allow you to move freely, preferably no tight-fitting bra/top, so you can fully utilize your breath
- Optional water bottle
- Don’t eat 2 hours before the session
- Come sober and drug-free
It is not suitable to participate if you are pregnant, have heart problems, epilepsy, or a history of psychotic issues. The class is targeted only at adults, i.e., over 18 years old.
